Iron Chef Richfield (8- 16)
Posted: Tuesday, April 1, 2008, 05:38 PM |
CATEGORY:Private and Corp. Events
The final menu consists of ingredients used in the event NOT the actual Menu.
Menu items may affect overall cost.
A typical Iron Chef Richfield event would consist of 2 groups creating a full 3
course menu from the “secret” kitchen pantry. • Groups would be given direction on how to make simple sauces, salad dressings,
essential knife skills and minimal direction on presentation and menu planning.
• Groups will be judged by a combination of peers and instructor on taste, creativity and presentation.
Our private event fee structure varies by specific event, and is based on the size of the
party. Generally speaking, most events fall between the $55-95 per guest range, with
a minimum of 6 people.
Guests are provided a complete personalized event including:
• 3 hour rental of the facility
• 2 hour personalized cooking class
• complete meal or appetizer for each guest
Menus are customized to fit your needs and the event fees include consultation
with a trained chef to tail or the meal and class to suit your specific event. Extra
courses or an appetizer upon arrival can be arranged for a modest per person increase.
Coffee, tea, water and 2 beverage choices are included as beverage options. Please
ask us about our special Beer or wine arrangement, including course pairing
consultation. Such pricing is variable, depending upon selection.

Company Team Building (6 to 20)
Posted: Tuesday, April 1, 2008, 05:27 PM |
CATEGORY:Private and Corp. Events
The final menu is selected when the event is planned. Menu items may affect
overall cost. Menu complexity may vary depending on the specific team building
objectives.
Mothersauces will accommodate specific dietary limitations, if known in advance.
A typical menu would be: Appetizer: Shrimp Ravioli with Tarragon Butter
Salad: Artichoke salad, Lemon Vinaigrette, Parmigiano-Reggiano
Entrée: Seared Salmon Fillet with choice of Mango Salsa or Roasted Red Pepper Coulis, Ratatouille, Steamed Asparagus, Risotto Cakes
Dessert: Laurant Tourondel’s Cacao Nib Wafers and Rich Custard Ice Cream with
Lavender-Vanilla Syrup
Team Building Methods: A very tight schedule will be adhered to throughout the three-hour team building
exercise. Mothersauces will create an environment of creative tension that will
place the team members under time and resource constraints, but will give them
the flexibility to be creative and have fun while they problem solve. This is a great way for company members to break out of their bubble and get to know each other.
